Jackson City Hall suffered minor damage Monday morning when an elderly driver lost control of the vehicle and struck the building near a door, said Lt. Rodney Barnes, spokesman for the Jackson Police Department.

The car appeared to jump the curb and collided with the building, causing damage to the door and cracking the wall in one spot, Barnes said.

No one was injured in the crash, Barnes said.
