The second in a series of programs titled "Eco-Art" will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Clippard Elementary School cafetorium in Cape Girardeau. Designed for children ages 5-13, the program teaches children art skills along with their parents. This month's program will teach how to create seasonal wreaths using found natural materials. Admission to the program, which is taught by Rita Johnson, is $1 per person.
