To facilitate the removal of two underground storage tanks from a construction site, one lane of eastbound William Street in Cape Girardeau will be closed this morning near Christine Street for a few hours. According to the Public Information Office at the Cape Girardeau City Hall, contractors building the new CVS Pharmacy will be removing the tanks from near the street. If weather cancels their plans, they intend to try again Friday morning...
