JEFFERSON CITY -- The Mingo National Wildlife Refuge, near Puxico, will hold its annual "Eagle Days" sessions Feb. 2-3. Officials suggest that participants dress warmly. Cameras and binoculars are permitted.

The Missouri Department of conservation recently concluded a 10-year program to re-establish a breeding population of bald Eagles in the state.
