Dudley man hurt in farming accident

The Daily Statesman ~ DUDLEY, Mo. -- A Dudley man, 65-year-old Dennis R. Parks, suffered serious injuries when a tractor he was working on rolled over him last week.

Parks was attempting to jump-start the tractor while it was in gear, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol. When the tractor started, it rolled on top of him.

Parks was airlifted from the scene with serious injuries to St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
