MARBLE HILL, Mo. -- Early last week, dozens of residents and passers-by thought they saw a former Air Force One on the back of a flatbed truck. The truck driver who was hauling the 30,000-pound fuselage from Arizona to Scott Air Force Base in Illinois told those who asked that the DC-9 had been used by Presidents Johnson and Nixon and that it was going to Scott Air Force Base in Illinois.
