Drainage work to reduce Highway 25 to one lane SCOTT COUNTY, Mo. -- Highway 25 will be reduced to one lane Monday through Friday while Missouri Department of Transportation crews perform drainage work on the southbound lane. The section of roadway being repaired is from Highway 77 to County Road 249 at Blomeyer, Mo. Weather permitting, work will take place 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day.
