Two teenagers were charged with beating up a physically disabled man with his own prosthetic leg.
The 18-year-old victim was jumped in a parking lot at 921 Hackberry St., Cape Girardeau police spokesman Jason Selzer said.
Alexander Harris, 17, was charged with felony assault, a hate crime, and a 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for assault.
