DIET, EXERCISE CLASS OFFERED

"The Body Shop," a 10-week diet and exercise plan for young people ages 12-18, will be offered by St. Francis Medical Center starting with an orientation session Jan. 8 in the St. Francis Center for Health and Rehabilitation, 28 S. Mount Auburn Rd.

Classes will start Monday, Jan. 15 and will meet from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. every Monday through March 18.
