DEMOCRATIC CAMPAIGN OFFICE TO OPEN
A Democratic campaign office will open in Cape Girardeau Tuesday. The office, at 121 South Broadview Plaza, will be open daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. through Election Day. Kendra Foster is director of the office. "We'll have an invitation-only grand opening Tuesday from 10 a.m. to noon," said Foster.
