DELTA PLANS KINDERGARTEN ENROLLMENT APRIL 27-28

Enrollment in the Delta R-5 kindergarten program will be conducted April 27-28. Registration will be alphabetical. Those with last names from A-G are to enroll April 27 from 8:30-10:30 a.m.; H-K from 12:30-2 p.m.; and L-Z April 28 from 8:30-10:30 a.m. at the elementary school.

Each child will participate in a series of tests: developmental, hearing, vision, speech and language. The information gathered will help school officials plan for next year's kindergarten class. Parents need to bring their child's birth certificate, immunization records and Social Security number. The screening will take about an hour.

By calling the elementary school at 794-2440 with the child's name and birth date, a folder can be prepared, thus speeding the enrollment process.
