POPLAR BLUFF, Mo. -- The Butler County Community Resource Council has received $99,900 in state grants to be used to start daycare centers in Fisk, Mo., and Neelyville, Mo., and expand an existing daycare center in Poplar Bluff.

Butler County daycare slots will increase from 69 to 85.
