SCOTT CITY -- The sixth annual Cystic Fibrosis benefit dance is planned March 5 at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Scott City.
The dance will be held from 8 p.m. to midnight. Doors open at 7 p.m. and donations will be accepted at the door. A cash drawing and raffle are planned.
The proceeds will go to the Cystic Fibrosis Association, which means the money will be used for research.
Cystic Fibrosis is the top genetic killer in young adults and children in the world. It destroys the lungs.
