Crews work on Ramsey Creek Corridor

Workers drive pilings for the north foundation, or end bent, of the bridge under construction at the Ramsey Creek Corridor Tuesday, Aug. 28, 2012 in Scott City. After the two end bents are completed, crews will begin setting girders and pouring the deck on the bridge. The road extension will give Scott City drivers alternate access to Interstate 55 north from Mulberry Street to Route AB, on the eastern side of the interstate. The project is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
