County Tea Party meeting set for today

The Cape County Tea Party today will discuss Colorado's transformation between 2000 and 2006 from a red state to a blue state, and whether such an occurrence could take place in Missouri.

Its meeting at 6:30 p.m. at the Cape Girardeau Public Library, 711 N. Clark St. in Cape Girardeau.

Guest speaker this month is Duane Lester, who started All American Blogger in 2007, has been a contributor at the American Issues Project Pajamas Media and served as editor-in-chief at Liberty News before launching The Missouri Torch. He was the recipient of the first Breitbart Blogger Award in 2012.
