Bill Cobb, counselor for Rehabilitation Services for the Blind, will be the guest on the "Independently Speaking" public affairs show that will air at 5:30 a.m. Sunday on WDKA, Channel 49.
Sunday's show will be rebroadcast on Tuesday and Thursday on access channel 5.
"Independently Speaking" focuses on services for the handicapped and seeks to educate the public.
The program is produced by the Southeast Missouri State University student chapter of the Media Communications Association.
