The Cape Girardeau City Council will meet Monday to discuss ways to regulate strip-tease places.
The special meeting will be held at 5 p.m. at city hall and is open to the public.
The council is considering imposing restrictions in the wake of public opposition to the recent opening of a strip-tease bar called Regina's House of Dolls.
The council's regular meeting has been moved to Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. because of the Presidents' Day holiday.
