Traffic will be detoured north on Lorimier Street, west on Bellevue Street and then south on Middle Street to connect back to Broadway, according to public works officials.

Businesses will remain open. On-street parking will remain open along the eastbound lane of Broadway, officials said.

The road closure will allow construction work to proceed on converting the H-H Building into a Marriott "Courtyard" Hotel, officials said.
