Constitution Day and Heroes Recognition Assembly

Alma Schrader Elementary School held their Constitution Day and Heroes Recognition Assembly on Thursday, Sept. 16, 2010, in Cape Girardeau. The event has been held since 2002 and celebrates the United States and the Constitution, and past and present heroes of the country. The program was a recent winner of the National Promising Practices Award.
