9 a.m. - Dignitaries from Washington, D.C., arrive at the Cape Girardeau Regionalk Airport. House Speaker Newt Gingrich, Missouri congressional delegation, White House Chief of Staff Leon Panetta, U.S. AGriculture Secretary Dan Glickman and others are expected."
10 a.m. - Funeral service at First Presbyterian Church, expected to last about one hour.
11:30 to noon - Funeral procession leaves for Hillsboro, Mo.
2 p.m. - Burial at Hillsboro Cemetery.
Procession * The funeral procession will follow Broadway from the church to Kingshighway and Kingshighway to I-55. The procession is expected to be 25 to 40 cars long.* Motorcycle officers will accompany the procession through Cape Girardeau to ensure the procession moves uninterrupted through intersections.* The westbound lane of Kingshighway at Broadway will be closed for the funeral procession. The right-hand northbound lane of I-55 at the Cape Girardeau interchange will be blocked to allow the procession to enter the interstate uninterrupted.* Dignitaries will leave before the procession to return to the airport, accompanied by Cape Girardeau County sheriff's deputies.
