Postal carriers to pick up food donations

The 15th annual "Stamp Out Hunger" food drive, conducted by the National Association of Letter Carriers, will be held May 12. Those who wish to donate may place nonperishable food items by their mailbox before their mail is delivered. Donations will be picked up by letter carriers along their routes for delivery to local food banks.

Benton holding fourth annual yard sale

The city of Benton, Mo., will hold its fourth annual City Wide Yard Sale on May 4 and 5.
