Family-style dinner planned for March 30The Cape Girardeau Senior Center, 921 N. Clark, will hold a dinner from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. March 30 at the center. The menu includes chicken and dumplings, ham, slaw, green beans, mashed potatoes, dessert and drinks. Carryouts available.

Church to serve pork sausage supperA buffet-style pork sausage supper is scheduled for 3 to 7 p.m. March 29 at Trinity Lutheran Church of Egypt Mills, 5665 County Road 635, Cape Girardeau.

Included are grilled pork sausage, German potato salad, corn, green beans, applesauce, homemade bread, dessert and drink. Carry outs available.

Raffles for a wooden glider, wooden double seat, stained glass suncatcher, wind chimes and many other miscellaneous items will be available. Tickets will be sold at the door.

Fried chicken supper plans announcedALTENBURG, Mo. -- A family-style fried chicken supper will be held from 3 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Immanuel Lutheran, 8201 Main St.

The menu includes fried chicken, German potato salad, coleslaw, corn, cranberry sauce, bread and butter, drinks and a variety of desserts. Carryouts available. The country store, sponsored by the Lutheran Women's Missionary League and the Ladies Aid, will have homemade bread and canned preserves available for sale.

Lenten fish supper to be served April 4PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- A Lenten fish supper will be held from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. April 4 at St. Vincent High School cafeteria in Perryville.
