Zion United Methodist serving chili, stew supper

A meal featuring chili/stew, veggies, dessert, drinks and cornbread will be available from 3:30 to 7:30 p.m. Saturday at Zion United Methodist Church in Old Appleton. Children under 6 eat free. Country store goodies for sale. Carry-outs available.

Church has mulligan stew, chili on menu

Wesley United Methodist Church on Highway 177 will hold a mulligan stew and chili supper from 3 to 7 p.m. March 6. Children under 6 eat free.

Chaffee Elks delivering Friday catfish buffets

Chaffee Elks Lodge 1810 will serve an all-you-can-eat buffet -- including fresh catfish, fried chicken, coleslaw, baked beans, potato salad, hush puppies and homestyle fries -- from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday and on March 5, 12, 19, 26, April 2 and 9. First General serving chicken, dumplings

A chicken and dumpling dinner will be held from 4 to 7:30 p.m. Friday at the new family life center at First General Baptist Church, 1812 LaCroix. This event is sponsored by Lifeliners Senior Adult Group. Carry-outs are available. Children under 6 eat free.
