Long-time sales associate and top seller Liz Abernathy has recently acquired the Coldwell Banker branch office located at 2836 East Jackson Boulevard in Jackson.

Abernathy has been in the real estate business 21 years and has been at the Coldwell Banker location in Jackson since it opened in 1992. Previously, she had been in Cape Girardeau.

She also brings a distinguished track record of accomplishments including: Coldwell Banker's International Presidents Circle - Top four percent the Missouri Association of Realtor's Pinnacle Level Award of Excellence, membership in the Multi-Million Dollar Club, and Coldwell Banker's Top Producer for the past 11 years.

The new Coldwell Banker office, which Abernathy purchased March 23, currently has 11 additional sales representatives to assist customers with a wide range of real estate services. They include Aaron Abernathy, Ann Ruch, Art Blaylock, Bill Stovall, Della Bohr, Estelee Wood, Linda Brown, Mike Erzfeld, Patty Main, Penny Lynn, and Vi Colyott.
