A. Hearing to consider the rezoning of all of the property addressed as 2519 E. Jackson Blvd. from R-3 (General Residential) to C-2 (General Commercial) as submitted by David Bill.

B. Hearing to rezone all of the property addressed as 2421 and 2505 E. Jackson Blvd. from R-2 (Single Family Residential) and R-3 (General Residential) to C-2 (General Commercial) as submitted by Robert Yancey.

C. Hearing to consider Special Use Permit request by Uni-Star Corporation. This request was withdrawn by Mr. David Cotner on April 3, 1996.

D. Hearing to consider a Special Use Permit request for the construction of self-storage facilities at 560 S. Shawnee Blvd. as submitted by Mr. Glen Fronabarger of Marway Development, Inc.

B. Consider motion accepting bid of D & S Fencing Co., Inc., of DeSoto, Mo., in the amount of $2,092 for the installation of guard rail.

C. Consider motion authorizing City Engineer to prepare plans, specifications and estimate of costs for the improvement of Emma Street.

D. Consider motion authorizing City Engineer to prepare estimate of costs for improvement of bridge on Kies Avenue.
