C. Consider ordinance approving the rezoning of Lots #1 through #54 in Fairfield Estates Subdivision from R-1 to R-2 as submitted by Stan Williams of Plantation Properties.

D. Consider ordinance approving final plat of Fairfield Estates Subdivision, Phase I.
