-- Authorized the city's acquisition of easements along Kimbel Lane, south of Country Club Place.
-- Set a Public Hearing for Monday, June 2, at 7:30 p.m. to consider the request for a Special Use Permit for the operation of a beauty salon in an R-2 (Single Family Residential) district at 1316 West Jackson Blvd., as submitted by Marsha Kay Seyer.
-- Approved a 5 percent Beer by Drink License for Delia Trejo, dba El Torero Restaurant, Inc.
-- Approved a change order for $50 and approved final payment of $11,900 to Donze construction, Inc. as per the 34.5 KV Substation Foundation Contract.
