Severa pieces of public works equipment will be on display at the mall, including a truck with a snow pow and spreader.

In 1960, President John F. Kennedy proclaimed the first National Public Works Week. It honors the workers who maintain city streets and road, including snow and ice removal, and assure the smooth functioning of transportation, water, sewage and trash removal.
