City facilities to open at 10 a.m. Monday

Cape Girardeau city facilities will open at 10 a.m. Monday due to road conditions, according to an email from the city.

Once open, the Osage Centre, Arena Building and Shawnee Park Center will be open for the remainder of regular business hours as warming centers, the email said.
