Christmas trees are stacked up for recycling, Sunday, Dec. 29, at a collection point at the southeast corner of Arena Park in Cape Girardeau. Residents may drop off their live trees at no cost. They may also have their trees picked up by the Cape Girardeau Public Works Department as part of the Wednesday Special Pickup Program by calling 339-6351. Trees will be collected on Wednesdays fromJan. 8 through Jan. 29th for a $5 fee.
