Christmas Eve

Open communion from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the Kimbel Chapel at Centenary United Methodist Church.

LaCroix United Methodist Church will hold its Christmas Eve services at 1:30 and 5 p.m. The Children's Choir will perform at 6:30 p.m. Candlelight and communion will be offered at the 9:30 and 11 p.m. services.

Christmas Eve family service at 4 p.m. at Lynwood Baptist Church.

Christmas Eve Mass celebrated at 4 and 8 p.m. at Immaculate Conception parish in Jackson.

Candlelight service and Lord's Supper at 5 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Jackson.

Third Street United Methodist will hold its candlelight Christmas Eve service at 5 p.m.

New McKendree United Methodist Church in Jackson will have services of candlelight and communion at 5, 8 and 11 p.m.

Christmas Eve Mass at 5:15 p.m. at St. Mary Cathedral in Cape Girardeau. Mass also begins at midnight, with singing and carols starting at 11:30 p.m.

Family worship and "Watchnight" cantata service with candlelight at 5:30 p.m. in the Family Life Center at Centenary United Methodist Church. Traditional service with communion and candlelight will be at 7 p.m.

St. Vincent de Paul parish will celebrate with Mass at 5 and midnight.

Hanover Lutheran Church will hold a children's service of carols at 6 p.m. There will be a candlelight and communion service at 11 p.m.

St. John United Church of Christ wil hold a vespers service at 7 p.m.

Christ Episcopal Church will hold a service at 11 p.m. with candlelight and open communion.

Christmas Mass celebrated at 7, 8:30, 10 and 11:30 a.m. at St. Mary Cathedral.
