Mom has explained to her two children that with Dad out of work they can be grateful for what they have this year. Her teenager understands, but Mom would appreciate some help for their 11-year-old daughter who likes anything related to cheerleading, roller skates or skateboards, Hannah Montana games or a purse. Some popular Toybox requests are soccer and sports balls, board games, race cars, trucks, dolls, learning toys, puzzles, books, drawing materials and Dora the Explorer, Spider-Man and Indiana Jones items.

Mrs. K moves into small apartment

Mrs. K is living on a fixed income. She just moved into a small apartment and would appreciate a few things to get her started again. Pots, pans, dishes and silverware are all she asks. She is grateful for her new home. Something that would be special is some "Charlie" perfume. People can help Mrs. K and other needy elderly people in the area by buying these items, including personal grooming and cleaning supplies and grocery gift cards and delivering to The Southeast Missourian.
