CENTRAL SENIOR EARNS SCHOLARSHIP TO EVANGEL

Karen Denee Hasty, a senior at Cape Girardeau Central High School, has received an Evangel College Honor Scholarship.

Hasty plans to attend Evangel College this fall, majoring in world outreach and elementary education.

At Central High School, she is a member of the National Honor Society, Spanish Club and Chamber Choir. She works part-time at Kid's Korner Day Care.

She is the daughter of Lonnie and Brenda Hasty of Cape Girardeau.
