CELEBRITY AUCTION WILL BE HELD STARUDAY AT SHAWNEE COLLEGE

ULLIN, Ill. -- The Shawnee Community College Foundation will sponsor a Celebrity Auction Saturday at the main campus gym, six miles east of Ullin.

The theme is "Christmas in November." Tickets to the auction and a prime rib dinner are $15 a person and $25 a couple.

The dinner begins at 7 p.m. followed by the auction. Dress is casual.

The event will include a special performance by the cast of "Babes in Toyland," the SCC Children's Theater presentation scheduled for later in November.

Proceeds will benefit the Foundation's Endowment Challenge Fund.
