Tony Limbaugh of Cape Girardeau competed in the finals of the 12-and-under division of the Street Skate '89 skateboarding competition at the First Baptist Church parking lot. The second annual event, sponsored by Coast to Coast, Pete's Pumps and Deli, Cape Bicycle and the Muscular Dystrophy Association, featured demonstrations by nationally ranked skateboard personalities as well as a local competition.
