CAPE STUDENT RECEIVES WESTMINSTER SCHOLARSHIP

Westminster College sophomore Monya A. Robertson of Cape Girardeau was named the 1992 recipient of the William H. Clark scholarship valued at $1,000 during the college's recent spring honors and awards convocation.

The Clark scholarship honors the memory of William H. Clark, a member of the Westminster Class of 1933 who served as president of the Westminster Alumni Association and as a member of the college's board of trustees. Recipients must have strong academic accomplishments and be likely to fulfill future potential.

Robertson is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Russell Robertson of 1803 Northbridge. She is a 1989 graduate of East Carter County R-II High School in Ellsinore. Robertson is attending Westminster on a dean's academic scholarship and is a member of Kappa Alpha Theta social sorority.
