CAPE STUDENT HONORED

CAPE GIRARDEAU -- Lara A. Geringer, of Cape Girardeau, a student at Southeast Missouri State University, has been initiated into Phi Eta Sigma scholastic honor society.

Phi Eta Sigma recognizes Southeast freshmen earning a 3.5 or higher grade point average on a 4.0 scale.

Geringer is a member of Alpha Chi Omega social sorority. She is the daughter of Richard and Patricia Geringer, of Cape Girardeau.
