Cape Girardeau
The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWIs
* Matthew C. Clark, 29, of 1058 Camelot Gardens St., St. Louis, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving the wrong way on a one-way street.
* Scott Randall Ferguson, 38, of 325 N. Lorimer St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to use a turn signal.
* Jordan B. Grimes, 22, of 1531 Oak Forrest Parkway, St. Louis, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving the wrong way on a one-way street.
* Lawrence Andre Agnew, 55, of 1012 William St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* A 27-year-old man was in custody pending formal charges on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* A 22-year-old man was in cusotdy pending formal charges on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests
* Gerald W. Jennings, 17, of 2842 Independence St., was arrested on suspicion of assault.
* Aundre D. Wren, 20, of 126 S. Hanover St., was arrested on suspicion of assault.
* Ronald Wayne Cross, 18, of 2042 Independence St., Apt. 18, was arrested on suspicion of assault.
* A 17-year-old man was in custody pending formal charges for assault and robbery.
* Ricky C. Mosley, 49, 521 S. Middle St., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.
* Ricky L. Nelson, 18, 1424 William St., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.
* An 18-year-old man is in custody pending formal charges for minor in possession by consumption.
* James Joseph Dennis, 41, 624 Boxwood Drive, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court.
* Reno Mikyl Jones, 22, 1335 W. Murray St., Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.
* A 19-year--old man was taken into protective custody.
Theft
* Gasoline was reported stolen at 1601 Kurre Lane.
Property damage
* A vehicle hood was reported scratched at 235 N. Lorimier St.
Miscellaneous
* Child endangerment was reported.
* Failure to return to confinement was reported at 40 S. Sprigg St.
