Arrests

  • James C. Evitts, 27, of 214 N. Louisiana Ave., was arrested on a St. Louis County warrant for failure to appear for nonsupport.
  • A subject is in custody pending filing of formal charges for child abuse.
  • James A. Davis, 49, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and cost for stealing.
  • Tonya M. Bruce, 32, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for probation violation, suspended operator's license, probation violation, stealing and parole violation.
  • Glinden C. Doyle, 47, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to distribute marijuana and possession of cocaine.
  • Richard D. Hill, 37, of 510 N. Frederick St., Apt. 6, was arrested on an Isanti County, Minn. warrant for failure to register as a sex offender.
  • Jerry L. Curry, 42, of 123 N. Clark Ave., No. 2, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for no seat belt.
  • A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges for unlawful use of a weapon (gun), unlawful use of a weapon (knife), resisting arrest by fleeing and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Gerald B. Wheeler, 30, of Dyersburg, Tenn., was arrested on a Pemiscot County warrant for failure to appear for driving without a license.
  • Chad M. Livingston, 19, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

Summons

  • Martha L. McReynolds, III, 20, of Sikeston, Mo., received a summons for indecent exposure.

  • Medications were reported stolen from 1248 Linden St., No. 4.
  • Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported theft of gasoline.

Property damage

  • A door and lock were reported damaged at 531 S. Hanover St.

  • A blue/gray bicycle was reported found at 9 N. Benton St.
  • Tampering with services was reported.
