Andy Wagoner of Cape Girardeau was one of five young professionals from Southern Missouri who recently returned from a visit to England as a member of a Rotary Group Study Exchange team.
Wagoner works at the SEMO Crime Lab.
Group Study Exchange is an educational program of the Rotary Foundation providing travel grants for exchange of teams between paired Rotary districts in different countries.
The team visited Yorkshire, England where they met their professional counterparts, observed their hosts' way of life, and studied the nation's economic, social and cultural characteristics through travel and discussions.
