possession with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of cocaine base. He appeared before United States District Judge Charles A. Shaw.

On Sept. 4, 2007, members of the Cape Girardeau Police Department and the

Southeast Missouri Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at Jones’ residence located on Larkspur Court in Cape Girardeau. Upon entering the home, officers located Jones in the master bedroom and found over 200 grams of cocaine base in the home. Jones admitted that the cocaine base was his.
