Riki M. Woodson, 25, of Cape Girardeau, pleaded guilty Monday in federal court to possession with intent to distribute cocaine base, or crack cocaine. He appeared before U.S. District Judge Jean C. Hamilton in Cape Girardeau. He also agreed to forfeit $2,645.

On Sept. 25, officers searched his home at 1322 N. West End Blvd., where they recovered a loaded .357 caliber pistol, a loaded .38 caliber revolver, various items of drug paraphernalia, three baggies with 38 grams of crack, the above mentioned cash and 5.9 grams of powder cocaine. A search of his nearby 1993 Chevrolet Suburban yielded two small baggies of marijuana, 21 individually wrapped packages of crack and a set of digital scales.

Woodson now faces up to 40 years in prison and a $2 million fine. Sentencing was set for May 24.
