A 59-year-old Cape Girardeau man has not been seen or heard from since Jan. 15 and police and concerned friends and family are asking the public for help.

Bobby Hennecke was reported missing to police Jan. 20, though no one has heard from him since Jan. 15, according to department spokesman Darin Hickey.

Police do not suspect foul play, Hickey said, and Hennecke has no medical issues that they know of and he is not taking any medication.

Hennecke's personal effects were found in his apartment in the 100 block of North Ellis. Police have checked with business owners -- including bars and restaurants -- that Hennecke is known to frequent and they have not seen Hennecke there either.

The man's friends and family are concerned, and police are asking that anyone with information to contact the department at 335-6621.
