A Cape Girardeau man was killed Wednesday morning in an all-terrain vehicle accident, authorities said.
Delbert C. Fornkohl, 81, was driving a Honda four-wheeler east through a field on private property at County Road 630 north of Cape Girardeau when the ATV overturned and came to rest on top of Fornkohl.

He was pronounced dead at the scene shortly before 10 a.m. by Cape Girardeau County deputy coroner David Taylor.
