The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Jonny P. Quintas, 21, of 2834 Whitener St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for two counts of assault, and on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper lane usage, no operator's license, driving while intoxicated and failure to appear for a seat belt.

* Willie C. Shannon, 24, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of probation violation.

* Quenten H. Rouse, 22, of 1107 N. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

* Daniel A. Stotts, 26, of 3007 Wisteria Drive, was arrested on a Bollinger County warrant for property damage.

* Brandi L. Sidebottom, 22, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a leash law violation.

* James D. Noland, 45, of 530 S. Frederick St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court of failure to pay a fine for driving while intoxicated.

* Mary L. Kinder, 53, of Mounds, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for passing bad checks.

Summonses

* Charolotte L. Brady, 19, of Millersville, received a summons for stealing.

* Timothy D. Dickison, 26, of 630 N. Fountain St., received a summons for a peace disturbance.

Assaults

* A domestic assault was reported.

* A domestic assault, stealing and property damage were reported.

Thefts

* Title Cash Loans, 605 N. Kingshighway, reported an armed robbery.

* Jaspers, 407 Morgan Oak St., reported the theft of gasoline.

* Residential Mental Care Facility, 325 N. Sprigg St., reported the theft of assorted medications.

* A wallet was reported stolen at 1354 N. Mount Auburn Road.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported.

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

* Jeffrey L. Beeson, 36, of 1207 E. Main St., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for burglary and issued a summons for failure to stop for a stop sign.

Summonses

* Thomas R. Snider, 54, of 328 E. Cape Rock Drive in Cape Girardeau, received a summons for failure to register motor vehicle annually.

* Brian L. Thompson, 35, of 1632 Tanglewood Road, received a summons for failure to stop for a stop sign.

* Amanda R. Kennedy, 16, of 415 Bamboo Lane, received a summons for failure to stop for a posted stop sign.

* Zachary J. Rice, 21, of 605 Connie Drive, received a summons for failure to stop for a posted stop sign.

Assaults

* An assault was reported in the 200 block of Morgan Street.

* An assault was reported in the 100 block of North West Lane.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 3200 block of Ridge Road.

Miscellaneous

* Two peace disturbances were reported.

* An affray was reported on West Main Street.

* Animal neglect was reported on East Old Cape Road.

* Forgery was reported in the 1100 block of Clark Street.

* Trespassing was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

The following items were released by the SEMO Department of Public Safety.

Thefts

* A cellular telephone was reported stolen from Towers Circle.
