  • A subject is in custody pending filing of formal charges.
  • Tina G. Bickings, 41, of 1922 Bloomfield Road, was arrested on suspicion of stealing, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • James D. Hatchel, 53, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

DWIs

  • Fred H. Gramm Jr., 43, of 175 B St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while under the influence and failure to drive in a single lane.

Thefts

  • Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
  • US Bank, 3060 William St., reported a counterfeit $10 bill.

Property damage

  • Paint was reported damaged on a vehicle at 2832 Lear Drive.
  • Property was reported damaged at 909 Hackberry St.
  • A vehicle door was reported damaged at 386 Siemers Drive.
  • A window was reported broken at 234 N. Lorimier St.
  • A vehicle window was reported broken at 354 S. Silver Springs Road.

Summonses

  • Lindsey K. Pender, of 1226 N. West End Blvd., received a summons for failure to stop for a stop sign and failure to yield.
  • Kasondra A. Owens, of 415 Frederick St., received a summons for no insurance.
  • Matthew W. Price, of 431 Olive St., No. 6, received a summons for leaving the scene of an accident.

Thefts

  • Cash was reported stolen from the Towers cafeteria office.
  • Cash was reported stolen from Myers Hall.
  • An iPod was reported stolen at the SEMO recreational center.
  • A CD player, wallet and cologne were reported stolen at Lot 59.

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Angela S. Luttrell, 24, of 316 E. Lane, Apt. 1, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Antonio R. Johnson, 28, of 316 E. Lane, Apt. 1, arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Assault

  • A domestic assault was reported in the 400 block of East Lane.

Summonses

  • Nathan J. Miller, 17, of Perryville, Mo., received summonses for minor in possession of alcohol by consumption and minor in possession of tobacco products.
  • Robert E. Haynes 38, of Scott City, Mo., received summonses for failure to register a motor vehicle, speeding and failure to show proof of insurance.

Property Damage

  • Property was reported damaged in the 200 block of North Ohio Street.
  • A vehicle window was reported broken in the 800 block of Oak Street.
  • A door was reported damaged in the 400 block of East Lane.

Thefts

  • Identity theft and credit card fraud were reported in the 1600 block of Deerwood Drive.
  • A license plate was reported lost or stolen in the 1200 block of Wedgewood Drive.
  • A cell phone and clothing was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 300 block of South Oklahoma Street.

Miscellaneous

  • A property dispute was reported in the 100 block of Neal Street.
  • Child endangerment was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
  • A domestic dispute was reported in the 300 block of Emma Street.
