Cape Girardeau woman sentenced to four years in prison on drug charge

A Cape Girardeau woman was sentenced to four years in federal prison Thursday on a felony drug charge.

Amie Marie Graham, 36, was sentenced before U.S. District Judge Stephen Limbaugh Jr. on one count of conspiracy to possess pseudoephedrine with the intent to manufacture methamphetamine, according to a news release from acting Federal Prosecutor Michael Reap's office.

Graham had previously admitted to investigators that she had bought a large amount of pseudoephedrine from area stores between Sept. 1, 2008 and Feb. 17, 2009, to give to another person who was making methamphetamine from it.
