Kristi L. Schetter of Cape Girardeau was named winner of the Roche Pharmacy Communications Award at the St. Louis College of Pharmacy's annual graduate recognition program.
Schetter is the daughter of Elmer and Sandy Schetter and is a 1988 graduate of Cape Girardeau Central High School.
The Roche Pharmacy Communications Award, sponsored by Roche Laboratories, is given to a student for effective communication with patients during an externship. Schetter graduated from St. Louis College of Pharmacy with a bachelor of science in pharmacy degree.
She is a member of Kappa Psi Pharmaceutical fraternity, Missouri Society of Hospital Pharmacists, St. Louis Society of Hospital Pharmacist and is on the dean's list.
She is working as a pediatric pharmacist at St. Louis Children's Hospital.
