CAPE GIRARDEAU MAN WINS SHOPPING SPREE

Wilbur Colyer of Cape Girardeau won a $1,000 shopping spree from the QVC home shopping network, seen locally on TCI Cablevision of Missouri.

He became a winner last month by matching part of his QVC membership number in the QVC shopping spree sweepstakes.

Each hour a number is drawn and viewers who call in with the matching numbers win a $10 credit. They are automatically entered into the next day's drawing for five $1,000 QVC shopping sprees. Colyer was one of these winners.
