* A public hearing regarding the request of Crown Development of Jackson LLC to rezone the property at 820 N. Sprigg St. to the R-5 high-density, multifamily residential zoning district.

* An ordinance approving the record plat of Georgia Place. Second and third reading.

* An ordinance accepting a permanent sanitary sewer easement, a temporary access easement, and a permanent utility easement from Fronabarger Concreters Inc. on property at 824 S. Kingshighway. Second and third reading.
